Since 2016
Our story
Sinai Capital was founded in Berlin in 2016. The starting point was a simple observation: talented people live everywhere, but good jobs and growing companies are concentrated in a few places. Many skilled engineers, creatives and healthcare professionals had no access to the international job market, and many European companies could not find the people they needed.
We started by investing in remote work: platforms that connect tech talent with companies, a local employer of record in Egypt, training for remote careers and support for the wellbeing of distributed teams. Since then AI has changed what work looks like. Today our portfolio also helps companies automate their processes, trains people and teams to work with AI, and builds media that reaches communities in their own language.
We are more than a financial investor. We start companies ourselves, give them strategic guidance and open our international network, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific.
